XLVets is a community of independent veterinary practices, owned, driven and shaped by its members.

How we work:

Our member teams work collaboratively on campaigns, projects and initiatives that drive growth within practices.

What do we do?

Founded in 2005, XLVets was founded by a group of dynamic veterinary practices, who created a new way of working, a way for individual practices to work successfully in partnership.

Two smiling men embrace each other in a bright, modern indoor setting. Both are wearing navy blue polo shirts. One man has short, light hair and is grinning widely, while the other has gray hair and is giving a thumbs-up. Colorful lanyards are visible around their necks.

Supporting future generations

We collectively believe in the development of our member teams and provide valuable support for veterinary team members of the future.
