Graduate Development

Our community welcomes graduates into a supportive veterinary community, building skills through clinical and non-clinical modules while fostering collaboration, shared learning, and strong peer connections across the network

Three young women are sitting around a wooden table, smiling and engaged in writing on large sheets of paper. One woman is wearing glasses, and the others have long hair; they appear to be collaborating and enjoying the activity. A man is seen in the background.

Supporting the future generation of the veterinary industry

We support new graduates through tailored development programmes in equine, farm, and small animal practice. Through mentoring, hands-on training, and a vibrant peer network, our community helps young vets thrive, clinically, professionally, and personally.

Our programmes have been developed by members across the community to celebrate the science and art of being a first opinion practitioner. Supporting future generations to thrive in their careers in independent practice.
