Giles & Parsons was founded in 2018 with the aim to provide an independent, dairy focussed veterinary practice to farmers across Cornwall.

As the dairy industry continues to become more specialised, we have developed a team who understand the complex animal health challenges and opportunities that exist. We aim to work with our farmers to provide a comprehensive veterinary package to include 24/7 emergency cover, preventative health planning, farmer training, TB testing, vet tech services and medicine prescribing and dispensing.

We are proud members of the XLVets community and we enjoy sharing our experiences with other similar member practices across the UK.
