Wyvern Farm Vets

Farm
  • A group of eleven people in matching gray shirts stand casually against a wooden fence, smiling and leaning forward. They are situated in a green grassy field with rolling hills in the background under a bright sky.
  • A veterinarian wearing a headlamp examines the mouth of a lion during a medical procedure. The lion is calm, with its mouth open, while the vet carefully works with a tool.
  • A farmer in gloves is smiling while feeding cattle in a barn. The cows are leaning over a feeding trough, enjoying the food being provided.
  • Two men in a milking barn, one wearing a black waterproof suit and gloves, the other dressed in green overalls, are discussing while holding a clipboard. Cows are being milked in the background with milking machines attached.
  • A veterinarian in blue scrubs kneels beside a lying calf in a barn, gently checking its ear tag. Two other calves stand nearby on the straw-covered floor.
  • Two men sitting close together at a desk, one using a laptop to display data charts while the other looks on attentively. They are both wearing work attire, and the setting appears to be an office or workshop environment.
  • Two farmers in gray shirts and green overalls examine feed samples in black trays inside a barn, with cows in the background. They are wearing blue gloves and crouching on the barn floor covered in straw and manure. Natural light filters through the barn's roof.

At Wyvern Farm Vets, our team of dedicated, experienced farm vets are passionate about providing honest advice and exceptional veterinary treatment.

Our clients range from community farms and smallholdings to large commercial dairy, beef, and sheep operations. We have worked closely with our clients in the traditional manner which has enabled us to develop additional services to meet their requirements, so that we now offer an evolving range of modern services.

The partnership of Wyvern Farm Vets (previously known as Garston Vets) in Frome was established over 100 years ago, during which time, farm veterinary practice has changed a great deal. Our aim today is to provide a modern-day service whilst retaining the traditional values the practice team has established. You can read our practice history here.

An increasing amount of our work involves the support of healthy and proactive herds and flocks, ensuring we can be at the forefront of new ideas and technologies.

DIY AI
Wyvern Veterinary Practice
