Westover Large Animal Ltd has grown out of Westover Vets Ltd that was established in 1896. We became a separate department in 1990 and a separate business in 2021.

Today we are a thriving stand alone practice with purpose built facilities, constantly striving to improve the range and quality of our offering on the equine side and develop a business offering that matches the requirements of modern farm businesses.

Along with this we have retained a passion for some of the quirkier animals and more traditional setups often found in truly rural locations like ours. We work hard to be a happy and cohesive team, celebrating each other's achievements and supporting each other when the going gets tough - we love our practice and are very proud to be part of Westover and part of the XLVets community.
