Thrums Vets is an independent, non-corporate practice proudly serving Angus, Perthshire, and the surrounding areas. With four well-established surgeries, we are able to provide accessible, high-quality veterinary care to a wide and diverse community.

Our independence matters to us because it allows us to focus fully on the wellbeing of our patients and the trust of our clients, rather than meeting corporate targets. Every decision we make is guided by what is best for the animals in our care, and by maintaining strong, long-standing relationships with the people who own and love them.

From household pets such as cats, dogs, and rabbits, to working animals, livestock, and poultry, our dedicated team has the knowledge, skills, and facilities to provide expert support across a wide range of species. Whether it’s routine check-ups, preventative healthcare, emergency treatment, or specialist advice, you can rely on us for compassionate and professional care tailored to each animal’s individual needs.

At Thrums Vets, we are more than just vets—we are part of the local community, committed to helping animals live healthier, happier lives while supporting the people who care for them.
