Course Description

The Insights Discovery Workshop is a one-day, interactive session designed to help veterinary teams explore personality preferences and communication styles using the Insights Discovery model. It’s not about putting people in boxes, it’s about understanding what makes us tick and how we can work better together.

Your individual Insights profile will help to highlight your strengths, challenges, and preferred ways of working. Through group activities and discussion, you’ll learn how to adapt your approach to different personalities, improve team dynamics and reduce misunderstandings.
