You are warmly invited to the XLVet National Business Management Meeting to be held on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th September 2017. The meeting will take place at Norton Park Hotel, Winchester.

Organised by the BM executive, the meeting is intended for all practice members involved in business management activities such as managing teams, finance, HR and business processes. This includes vets, nurses, support staff, owners and managers. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The theme this year will be communication; the meeting will provide you with thoughts, ideas and case studies on:

  1. Your communication style
  2. Internal practice team communications
  3. External communications

XLVets is an organisation “of its members, for its members”. The strength of the group comes from the strength and vitality of its individual member practices and this in turn is driven by the quality of the individuals in each practice. However, it is by working together as one team, sharing ideas and experience, that we can all gain support and strength and ensure our place in the future.
