ABOUT US
We are a large veterinary practice, privately owned by 6 Directors and with over 100 permanent employees. Our main site is a Hospital which looks after smaller animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits etc…open 24 hours a day/7 days per week. It’s similar to a human hospital/gp surgery where patients come in for regular check ups and vaccinations, others are unwell and need a consultation to diagnose their condition which can lead to tests, taking bloods etc.. using our in-house laboratory. Our skilled Vet team also perform surgery, dentals, take scans etc… and for those who need to stay in to recover, we care for them till they are well enough to go home. We also see a lot of emergencies that need urgent care and attention.

As well as the hospital we have a further three branches for small animals. For the larger animals, our dedicated Farm and Equine teams service the surrounding area supported by our in-house Equine Clinic.

THE ROLE
We are looking to increase our bank of animal nursing assistants to work in our busy small animal hospital, where no two days are the same. There is a clinical role which includes animal handling, support in theatre, consultations, hospital wards, managing infection control and lots more.
