Overview: A bespoke 7 day programme for developing business leadership acumen. Challenge your way of thinking, enhance your skills and share best practice in the community.

Programme Outline:
As a Leader, the team starts with you and your Leadership style has a significant impact on business climate; a positive climate leads to greater employee engagement, if employees are engaged discretionary effort is increased which inturn leads to increased business performance and greater client satisfaction.

Develop your understanding of all facets of leadership within your practice. Provides a fantastic opportunity to share experiences that can be practically applied to your business, whilst establishing lasting relationships throughout XLVets.

Module one (3 days): leading people and building high performing teams
Module two (2 days): customer leadership, practice culture and human factors
Module three (2 days): financial leadership and business planning

The programme is interactive using experiential activities, group discussion and feedback. There will be an opportunity to share best practice and learn from other’s experiences, whilst providing a valuable opportunity to reflect and plan how delegates want to lead their practice into the future.
